With a background in communications, Michael has enjoyed careers in electronics design and manufacturing, software development and consulting and in 1994 started South Africa’s first Internet web site design and hosting business - which in 1996 became iafrica.com.

Michael has since started the much respected Fine Art print studio, Giclee Printshop. The print studio, located on the slopes of the historic Bains Kloof Mountain Pass near Cape Town, specializes in the photographing of original works of art and the preparation of print editions on canvas, cotton rag and photo papers.

The studio services both local and International clients and was recently selected as an outsource print partner for the FIFA 2010 Fine Art Project.

Michael is also a partner in the Topshotz Photographic Studio which specializes in commercial photography and regularly presents photography courses in South Africa and abroad.
